We will guide you on this inner journey using a process that involves writing, art, movement and a facilitated session with the horses and nature. Open your heart to all that you are. Our workshops run from 10.00 am - 4.00 pm. Please bring your own lunch. Refreshments will be provided. Details about what to bring and directions will be emailed once payment has been received.
